So yeah. Today it's a pretty big collage as I took a lot of pictures! :D I got a little overexcited. Today marks the first day my mom and I committed to our little exercise and getting healthy lifestyle! We started running on the treadmill and doing yoga! Even after this first day, I am really feeling the burn but I also feel loads better! We (more like me) have started to eat healthier too! My mom was already doing this but I committed to it as well! For breakfast I had oranges, apples, and some crackers and peanut butter! I've also been drinking nothing but water all day! I feel amazing! We can't wait to lose weight, tone up, and get in shape!

Day 4
